According to Consumer Reports, they work the same as all other vacuums, but cost far more. So, yes they are good, but so are all the other cheaper brands.
I used it and it's pretty good. :) I mean it's better than a normal vacuum!
A friend of mine bought one, she really likes it but says it isn't worth the money. Me? I don't know, but after listening to her I wouldn't buy one.
