Lemon Soufflé Baked Cheesecake Serves 10 -12 Base 150g plain sweet biscuits 65g reduced fat margarine, melted Filling 500g ricotta cheese ? cup CSR SMART ? cup cornflour sifted 1 teaspoon baking powder, sifted ? lemon, juice and finely grated zest 4 eggs, separated ? cup light sour cream 1Preheat oven to 180°C conventional or 160°C fan forced 2Place biscuits in food processor and process until finely crushedAdd margarine and process until well combinedPress into the base of a lightly greased 20cm springform pan3Place ricotta into food processor and process for 30 seconds or until smoothAdd CSR SMART, cornflour, baking powder, lemon juice, lemon zest, egg yolks and sour creamProcess for a further 30 secondsIn a separate bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks formFold egg whites through ricotta mixture4Pour on top of biscuit crumbBake for 40 minutes or until golden brown on topCentre will still appear slightly runny when hot, but will set on coolingCool in ovenWHITE CHOCOLATE BAKED CHEESECAKE serves 6-8 lasts for a week in the fridge Ingredients 300g chocolate biscuits 125g melted butter 200g white chocolate 500g cream cheese, at room temp 300g sour cream 1/2 cup caster sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 3 eggs Method 1preheat oven 160c 2process biscuits until fine 3add melted butter and mix well 4spoon mixture into the bottom of an unlined 22cm springform tin and bake for 10-15mins 5put white chocolate into a bowl over boiling water and stil until choc meltscool slightly 6put cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat well with an electric mixer (mixture will be slightly lumpy) 7add melted choc and beat until combined 8add eggs and beat on very low speed until just combined (do not overbeat) 9pour into cooled tin 10bake in oven for an hour and 10minues 11turn off oven and leave door ajar for 1 hour or til almost cold 12put into the fridge to set
If they are used, they go to a landfillI've run paper recycling plants for 25 yearsIn that time, we received lots of paper clips, staples, pop cans, and assorted other metal objectsmingled in the bales of waste paperIt is virtually impossible to remove these items before recyclingWe install large and sturdy equipment to remove these items after the paper is slushed up into wet pulpThese items are collected into large bins and sent to the landfillThere is so much contamination mingled in (loose fibers, plastic book covers, aluminum cans,book bindings, coins, etc) that isolating ferris materials is not possible.
