Paranoid. If there was nuclear fallout, they probably wouldn't help that much anyway. i mean, what's the point of surviving if you have to live in a cement box for the rest of your life?
When cockroaches are the size of housecat's you won't think they are so paranoid XD But seriously, there's nothing wrong with preparing for nuclear war. It's a real and scary possibillity.
Meaning the old nuke missile silos? Smart, good investment money wise. Nothing to do with paranoia or being safe from attack somewhere.
