Sometimes there are some theme shows focused on solar cell technology in the National Science and technology Museum. You can take your students over there.
I chose to go to the library with my students, where they can learn a lot from the books.
There is a solar cell power generation station nearby the main road, where there is also a exhibition center showing the process of how the solar cell works. I guess that place is the best place for you to go.
