Question:

Are you a limon or a lime?

Are you a limon or a lime?

Answer:

I Manage 72 Apartments and 3 houses. I really become upset when Tenants don't tell me about a problem. Here is why. I very rarely blame a Tenant for a problem. Because I have delt with most anything that can go wrong and have the knowledge of solutions. The Tenant doesn't usually have either. I can tell you that your lax in keeping the salt in the softener will not cause any of the problems you stated.I really doubt it is lime build up in the pipes. You have two seperate problems. The shower and faucet are water pressuer problem. The toilet problem is a broken or malfunction part(s).All Landlords have service people to take care of Tenant problems. That's the Landlord's Job. Relax and call your Landlord NOW!
It sounds like you may have a pump and you most likely have a pump problem. if you don't have a pump, get some lime away and soak your shower head and sink faucet screens in it. Don't forget the sink you drink from should never be hooked to a water softener (Put some salt in the softener)
Wow, you have a monster lime problem. First, put your salt pellets in your water softener. Next, clean out the screens in your faucets and soak your shower head in lime away (and, yes, you need to take the shower head off). Next, install a toilet kit (valve, flapper, etc). This should take care of the problem. The back flushing your pipes 'thing' is probably unnecessary, just keep your water softener loaded. NO SLACKING ALLOWED
