The non-bright side is used to wrap the food while the bright side is used to spread over the plate.
My mouth is watering when having teppanyaki.The back side(bright side) faces the outside to wrap the food.when cooking some dishes(fried cod fish),you need to punch small holes with toothpick in case of the aluminum foil broken and the liquor splashing.Hope you enjoy cooking.
