At what voltage does an extra low voltage system (CCTV, fire alarm system, etc) work?
My concern is that the NHLPA made this proposal with the grandfather clause intact. If this is not 100% mandatory then a new player may challenge the rule under charter of rights. When we instituted safety helmets, glasses, and work boots in the construction industry there was no grandfathering, everyone had to wear them.

If so, I guess you could seal first to give the wings more stiffness and cohesion, then cut or sandwich between two pieces of clear packing tape, then cut the shape you want (the surface of the packing tape won't show under the gloss surface of the resin).
