that's heat rash. it comes from being covered up sweating. keep the baby cool dry make sure the baby is wearing loose breathable cloth (cotton not polyester or a poly blend) make sure the baby gets moved around so the air is circulating around the baby. as to the rash, keep the area clean dry it should go away in a couple of days. if the baby is uncomfortable, you may want to use your diaper rash creme on the heat rash (it's the same type of rash) if the rash gets worse or gets infected then you'll want to call the doctor.
