Anyone have a good recipe for a whole baked chicken?I've tryed some recipes I found online, and I've tryed my own, and all of them are just sortameh.Something simple would be great.Also any tips on keeping the breast meat moist would be awesome.The dark meat is always so juicy and full of flavor, but I always seem to have trouble keeping the white meat from drying out and retaining flavor.I could be overcooking it b/c I'm a bit paranoid about undercooked chicken, but I know last time, I did not but the breast meat was still pretty dry and flavorless.
