New to cooking chicken, (fairly,) haven't made it foreverSo I got chicken thighs, (took a couple out, put the other 2 into the freezer since just got them from the store.)Rinsed the chicken, and thought to make it simply for starters so all I did was placed them on aluminum foil, then put some garlic salt seasoning on the topsIt's been in the oven for about 20 minHow much longer should it be in there, and what else could I use on the chicken in the future? I know there are rubs, but what's the most common thing to put on the chicken, salt and pepper?Also if I was to just cook it on the stove, how long do you turn it, etc., to make sure it's cooked wellThanks!
cold air myth; science , fact , denser air enters system , and has more oxygen and when mixed with the proper fuel (ECU figures it out), you get more power reality: the kits sold are useless because they suck air from inside the engine bay( same hot air) if you can get clean colder air from the front of the car directly, then it will give you a tiny bit more powerI bet you wont even noticeMaybe after 6 dyno runs I'd go for better speakers.
Let's preface - I have been cooking for a long timeChicken thighs have a decent amount of fat which will run off the foil and make a smokey mess in your ovenUse a baking pan or something with sidesAt 350 degrees, 20 minutes is not enough time - closer to 45 minutesIn the oven, you don't need to turn the chicken unless you really want toPlus, All this oven-opening lets heat escape and causes your chicken to take longer to cookIn a fry pan, turn every 10 minutes or so at a medium heatI like lots of combos on chicken thighsA simple mix of Italian seasoning, salt pepper, garlic powder tastes greatLemon pepper works too.
