It's 2:30 am, I can't get the stupid smoke detector another battery, but there is no way to tell the *hole smoke detector that It's beeping like a massive jerk, how can I stop it beeping till the store open tomorrow?

Home Depot Menards sell a product that wraps around the pipe. The chemical in the wrap is suppose to bound to the copper and seal the leak. I have used that clear silicon type tape that they use to sell on TV Info Commercials. It really did work for me. I have also used a product called JB Weld Made For Water that has also worked for me on Galvanized water pipes. Read the package to make sure you can use it on copper.
Mainly because they were the tallest building in town . .and because they were in town . near everybody. The rods were a fuse . .until much taller buildings sprung up around them.
