Go rockclimbing at your local rockcliming silo, or if you live by mountains, go real rockclimbling. Get foam swords and have an epic battle. Sneak some people into the drive in. Camp out. Go to the 12:00 first showing of a movie dress up for it. Get your nails done. make your own movie. Form a band have a garage concert. Have a picnic, chinese style. Have a cookoff. Waterballooon fight. Make your own slip n slide. Make a fort. Have a Danceoff.
Picnic at the beach or in a park. Pack some food drink from around the house and find a volleyball or a frisbee to throw around. Or go play mini golf, that's usually inexpensive.

I don't know what state you are in but...these would be cheap fun if you are into it! Historical spots, art museums or other museums, go fishing at a lake, go to a store or place you have never been to.
