I like to cook 1 inch pieces of chicken breast in the oven, but sometimes they come out too dry and toughHow do I keep it juicy (but still well cooked)?Also, can I use the dry overcooked chicken in any dishes? I don't like to waste foodThanks.

Best Baked Potatoes: Russet Burbank Potatoes Wash and scrub the potaotes Prick them with a cooks fork all over to ventilate them Place them in the oven at 425 on a cookie sheet Bake 25 mnuets Check them and turn it over Bake another 10 minuets When Potatoes are done take out of oven cut a slice out of the tops and put the tops you cut off into a mixing bowl and whip them up with a little bit of milk and seasonings stuff the mixture into the tops and add a dollop of sour cream ENJOY!! No aluminum foil it just prevents the potato from breathing, and you get a soggier potato product Hope this helps!
