it stopped working tonight, this have happened before but it started to work again. i have no idea what to do. the signal lamp is flashing slowly and when i run hot water it starts to flash faster but flame doesn't appear. please help
A model of your boiler would be a great help towards narrowing down the problem
Depending on the model of boiler you should have a source of ignition for the pilot, either spark ignition or hot surface ignitor and some have a standing pilot. Regardless of which you will have a flame sensor rod right next to where the pilot light is. These get dirty with a build up of carbon and need to be cleaned once a year. Locate it and use fine steel wool or sandpaper and gently clean the surface. This should resolve your issue. Hope this helps, if not let me know
