Answer:

Don't quote me on this but I don't think so, it will leave a red mark for a while but as far as I know it doesn't leave scars :)
You need water - and something to carry it in. Food You need bug spray. You need some utility knife/hammer/axe/tool item - just in case. Something with a can opener is useful You need a good lantern Something to light a fire with. Good boots. A good book. A good friend or partner Oh I love camping - in a tent is the best! Just don't over do it the first time. Don't pack too much as it will be too hard. Don't go too far. Just relax and enjoy!

Well, If you do it in the same place than yes, probably. But I also have some advice for you if you want to find an alternative for cutting, because that is definetly better than cutting, but it's not the greatest thing ever. I found that instead of doing something like the rubber band thing, I take a permanent marker and I draw on my skin. It's a great alternative that you won't have to worry about leaving scars, and it looks awesome if you do it a lot. But also drawing on a regular paper too, that is a calming activity. Print out some coloring sheets and put some crayons or markers or something in a box along with some of the things that make you happy and maybe a little comfort food and it's like a little sadness kit. I know this isn't what your question is about but I thought it might help. Whenever you're feeling a little depressed just pull out that sadness kit and doodle and look at the things that make you happy and put on some music. And I doubt you'd be into this anyway but just make sure it's real music, not some rap or screamo or crazy annoying sound, put on some classical music and draw and maybe chew some gum (that way your body thinks hey I'm eating! I'm not in danger! Also works for a speech or a job interview) and just chill like that if you're ever feeling depressed.
