i am having a birthday party and i want to use black light paintis it safe on clothes??????and what special lights or light bulbs do i need?
The paint would have to be fluorescent paint in order to show under the ultraviolet lights (usually the black/purplish looking lights). They sell them as single lightbulbs that go into regular household sockets or you can buy them as fluorescent lights (long tubes) with their own fixture. Not too sure about the clothing part of the question. Just buying the lights themselves should make the whites on people's clothes glow.
