Do black light tattoos just show up in uv light or do they *glow in the dark* as well?
Nope, only in UV light. Im actually getting one in about a month (yay!). Theyer super awesome to have. And, while some in the past have been proven to be toxic, as long as your artist used Crazy Chemelion ink, it will be fine and not cause any side effects. It has been fully approved and everything, and proven to not be toxic at all. If you want, just go and google it, and check out their web page, its got all the info you need. Also, just a heads up, they itch a lot more than regular ink and also scab/flake a lot more too.
Black light tattoos do not glow in the dark. they only glow in a black light. But so that you know unless you use what is called clear ink your tattoo will look like any other tattoo done with regular ink. and even with the clear you will still see faint out lines of the tattoo done on you.
Black light tattoos ONLY show up under UV light. Black light tattoos are not a good idea, most tattoo shops won't do them. The ink hasn't been tested enough because the ink is new so in the future it might be found to cause serious health problems. Do alot of research before you get one.
