So our gas ran out so I put in the card to run the emergency credit. The cooker etc is working, but when I turn the boiler on no hot water is coming out? Usually when we leave the boiler on for about an 50 minutes or so it would be warm enough for a bath...but no hot water is coming out at all.
your boiler may have 'locked out' while you were out of gas. Try cycling power to the boiler and see if that makes it work.
Check to see if the pilot needs lit. Lighting instructions should be somewhere on the boiler.
