Question:

Boiler: How to fix it ?

How can i fix my BoilerThe problem is that my Boiler does not show anything up on the monitor, its like it just shut off, not only that too but their is no Hot water nor is their any Heating. My Boiler is a Heatline Sargon i think its a condensing Boiler am not 100% sure.

Answer:

OK no power to the boiler? no lights nothing? 1 check the fuse 2 make sure it is turned on 3 check power supply + cable 4 use voltage tester to see if there is 240v into the boiler if there is power into the boiler check on/off switch on the boiler itself. if there is power in then you have abigger problem possibly with the pcb there is a fault finding flowchart on page 47 of the boiler manual if u have it or here if u dont. www.heatline .uk/boilers/assets... if its not a simple fuse/switch then best bet is to call a heating engineer. good luck.
Purest S is right. One thing I will add though is check to see that all three wires in the spur are fastened in correctly. I often see people check only the live wire but on A/C your neutral will show live too.
change your boiler completely to a steam heater..they are the besttt
