bought this and granny's gourmet cabbage and noodles - haluski last year at giant eagle grocery store in n.eohio - lable said prepared by panhandle food sales in burgettstown, pa can't locate them online and giant eagle is of no help whatsoever, as usual !!! would really like to find these 2 products again - they were excellent.

Good questionI used to roll mine up into a ball but no longer do itIf you take the end that is inside the skein and use it you do not need to roll itIt is easier to use this way because you do not always have the ball rolling away from youAs you use the skein just pull on the end and it will just pull out without knotting or rarely knotHope this helpsGod Bless :)
Because skeins pack better and do not roll away.
