I need to know what would be the best pan to use on a charcoal grill.iam gonna grill then braise the meat.The sauce iam gonna braise with will be acidic.Iam thinking the charcoal with turn the bottom of the pan black but should clean up.Ive used cast iron but the acidity will ruin the seasoned pan.Will aluminum foil pan work??Stainless steel??Nonstick??most all my pans are oven proof to like 350-400
Save yourself the trouble and go get on of those foil roasting pansIt will work fine and there will be no mess to clean up.
