Question:

Bread in fridge?

I know there're a lot of similar questions but mine's more like this: celery + bread in airtight container then into fridge longer and fresher? I saw this somewhere while I was desperately searching for a method to keep bread for longer and not lose its nutrition, taste, etcEveryone in my family eat different breads so it's hard to finish a store-bought loaf before the best before date.

Answer:

Well grilled steak is always good, if you don't have a grill pan fry them in a regular pan or iron frying panYou should season them with salt, and pepperYou can also put some garlic on them depending on tasteYou can buy something called Montreal steak seasoning and that is very nice on a steakYou can always marinate the steaks for added flavorYou can also broil the steaks and use the pan juices to make a mushroom sauceSteak goes well with a lot of thingYou can make roasted potatoes, cut them up and mix them with some oil, salt, pepper, and a little bit of garlic and roast them in the oven until goldenYou can also make mashed potatoes, whip them with some butter and milk to make them fluffyYou can also make potatoes au gratin which is cut up potatoes mixed with cream and cheese and you bake that in the oven until golden brown on the topWith that you should cook the potatoes a little bit first so that there is even cookingCreamed spinach is always a good side to steakYou can also pair steamed vegetables or a nice saladGrilled vegetables are also nice with steakBrush them with some oil and season them with some pepper and saltYou can use eggplant or zucchini, or some peppers.
There are a few different round cutsIf it is an eye steak it is very simple.dont make it complicated -Bring the meat to room temp before cooking to ensure even and fast cooking-fire up a pan, when hot add oil and let it begin to smoke-season with kosher salt, and pepper and add a little montreal steak seasoning (by mcKormick) -The meat must brown.if it doesnt brown there will be no flavor (the browning sears the flavors inside-cook 2 and a 1/2 minutes each side (dont turn more than one time) -I recommend beef rare as it is much more tender -test doneness by touching steak -Soft rare -medium rebound medium -hard well done Sides: Sweet potato goes really well with steak.and its unconventional to regularAdd brown sugar, butter, and oats when cooked Asparagus has a nutty flavor that goes well alsobreak the asparagus (they will automatically snip at the bad parts) discard or use bad ends for stock Let me know if you need more direction with the sides.
Prepare it simplyIt's a pretty good cut of meat so it doesn't need muchSeason well with salt and pepper on eat side and grill (if you can't, pan fry) on each side for 3-8 minutes depending on how well you like it doneServe it with mashed potatoes and a salad or steamed veggies(Asparagus goes well with steak.)
