i want to use bl lime as a part of my marinade for my turkey. does anyone hav any ideas what would mix well with bl lime for the other part of the marinade?
Lemons taste better than limes when sweetened. There are many more uses for lemons in cooking. You've never heard of lime meringue pie, have you?
A lemon is a lemon and a lime is a lime. A lime will always be a lime, a lemon will always be a lemon.
the lime will be more bitter and the lemon will be sweeter (both will be sour)
