Disposable aluminum pans are available in the groceryThere are a lot of sizes to choose fromYou just might wanna buy one.
just make a 'wall' out of scrunched aluminium foileasy and efficient!
Simply line the pan with wax paper or foil and create a wall to stop the brownies from spreading out to the space unwanted to bake on.
One issue may be that you're not preheating the oven long enough, as electric ovens take longer than gasAlso, the oven may need to be calibratedUse an oven thermometer to make sure that 350F on the dial means 350F temp in the ovenIf it's not - you need to calibrateWith Some models you do this by pulling off the knob and looking at the back of it, you may find a device for changing how far the knob turns to get to a certain temperatureCheck your oven's manual to get the info about the specific modelIf you can't figure out how to calibrate, just lower and raise the dial appropriately to get the actual temp you want.
