Answer:

I was at my Grandma's house when she was making a care package for my cousin's husband overseasShe lined the box with something (wax paper, plastic wrap, I don't remember) and packed the cookies in popcorn.
This is deliciousYou need a plain oblong loaf (not sliced); a piece of very good steak; and mushroomsPull the crumb out of the loaf (having sliced the top off first, of course)Set it aside, you might need itThen try your steak, which should be big enough to occupy a significant part of the loaf; set it aside, and fry the mushrooms - big field mushrooms, not those dog's bollocks you sometimes getFry them with some chopped onion, plus garlic, and a dash of anchovy essence if it pleases youWhen they're cooked, line the side of the empty loaf with them; then push the steak in; and then fill up any cavities with breadcrumbs that you've soaked in the pan juicesTie the lid back onto the loaf, and stand the whole thing under a heavy weight for a while Take it on the picnic, and cut into slices and serve as requestedYum.
