When a fire alarm is pulled at my school, they say the students are all charged at the end of the year for it. Isn't this illegal? To charge everyone simply because the perpetrator wasn't found sounds awful sketchy to me. It may vary from state to state. I live in Massachusetts if that's the case. Thank you. Sources are great!
