The speed bump is about 15 cm,is it possible for superbikes to pass that ? I mean supercars like ferrari can't because they have such a low ground clearance, what about motorcycles ? Is it the same ?
Jobs that pay a lot require you to inconvenience yourself quite a bit - work at the mercy of the forces of nature, be away from home for a long time, and put yourself in danger. And it's men who take most of these jobs, so they get paid more. What's the surprise in that? Once women become more willing to inconvenience themselves, the pay gap will automatically close. Of course, there are other factors, too. Men are more willing to do overtime, more aggressive in negotiating salary or raise and less likely to take time off work. Last, but not least, this logical viewpoint has been raised by many an anti-feminist: If women are indeed cheaper for the same work, why do any companies hire men? Isn't getting as rich as possible(which includes saving as much as possible) the whole point of capitalism? The reason is simple - women are paid less, because they do less work. No sexism at all here. No denying that a wage gap does exist, but it's just that the reason for it is the choices women make and other factors, not sexism as feminists would love to have everyone believe.
92.3% of all workplace deaths are men while women pretend to do equal work. Equal work i equally dangerous. Blame the victim is acceptable when the victim is male. I had a woman email me blaming men for their dying at work (how pleasant and sensitive) claiming men just dont wear their hardhats. Women avoid jobs requiring hard hats in large measure. Women avoid jobs requiring lots of travel. Women avoid jobs that require one to be outside all day women avoid jobs that require one to live far from home for extended periods of time but other than tht they do equal work?
Sorry to say mate that there is a around a 15% difference in work place pay. Also women tend to be found more in clerical roles than men. Forget the Feminist angle completely this is just the way of the world at the moment
In regards to Akhi The majority of deaths may be because, yes, there are more men in construction, but also because men are more willing to do some really dumb things at work. They are more prone to risk taking behaviors. As far as I know, no victim of a job site accident is acceptable. I wear a hardhat, all day, at work. I travel with my job. I am outside all day, in the sun, rain or snow. I am usually away from home for months at a time. And just the other day my foreman complimented me on my satisfactory productivity. I am currently a very well paid structural/pipe welder. I have been a laborer who shoveled dirt all day for a concrete company, and I have been a wild land fire fighter. I know many female welders who work in my industry, oddly though, they are mostly fellow Navajos, one other was a black woman.
