Can an alarm effect starting of a car?

i have a 98 Ford Escort and had an alarm installed for me in 07 and late 08 i had my starter replaced twiced by this guy and he said it could be the alarm so i go to where i installed my alarm and they were cool enough to replace the whole alarm since i had lifetime warranty with them and recommended me to another place for electrical car work and so i go therre and they replaced the starter and 3 mts later my car doesnt want to start at times or takes about 3 turns or more of the key to finally start it made a (du-dish) (du-sih) something like that and just had my starter replaced with the 2nd mechanic witht them a 2nd luckily i had a yr warranty and is working great ritenow and hopefully stays like that i just want to know can me alarm wat may be makin my starter defective after a few mts or just bad luck or something else?hope to get some help

the alarm will not hurt your starter, if your alarm stop working it wouldn't let u turn the car on at all. you turn the key and nothing will happen, in that case you have to go under the dash and disconnect all the wires that are attach to your alarm box.

a car alarm never would hurt a starter, it is nearly impossible unless the alarm was really installed wrong. what i would do is buy a multimeter and check the battery voltage off and on and the alternator with the engine running, should be over 12.5 or more with engine off and over 14.00 v. with the car running. who knows replacing 3 starters is just wrong, i would guess voltage problems or bad or loose wiring.
