I don't know any specific names but if you go to Whole Foods or Fresh Fields you can find MANY good whole wheat and high fiber breads that taste delicious and are healthy!
The highest fiber breads are whole wheatI'm sure there are brands that add little sugar if any Try your local health food store Weight watchers makes a ww bread, don't know about the sugar content, tho' San Francisco sourdough make a no sugar added brand, if that helps.
