You probably have not too many things to useBondo will do just fineYou will have to drill holes in the aluminum so the bondo will adhere betterLet it dry and give it a good sanding and feather the edges to match the aluminumIf your using oil or latex paint get a good primer paint to cover the bondoSmall tip: get an extra tube of hardener as it never seems to be enough and you always run out.
