Question:

Can Build-A-Bear repair a bear with a battery pack?

I have a Build-A-Bear Rudolph from holiday seasons last year. He's in a pretty good condition, but he does have some problems. His nose is supposed to light up, but it doesn't despite replacing the batteries,so the whole system might need a replacement. Also, his head is stuffed at an angle that looks kinda weird. I know Build-A-Bear does repairs, but can they do all that without cost? If so, do they still have the equipment to fix the battery pack?

Answer:

Hi there!!! Yes, Build-a-Bear Workshop does repairs. It doesn't really matter where you got your bear or animal, online, OKorder, stores etc. They'll still fix it for you. If you bring it in they will fix it, if it looks dirty then I suggest buying the paw brush and bear stuff cleaner. If you bear or animal's stiching has come out, then I'm sure they will be happy to stitch it back and put more stuffing. If you are still not sure then check online. I hope this helped, and good luck!

E-mail or call the help number at BABW. We don't have the means to replace or fix a battery pack in the store, but they might be able to do something for you at a higher level, over the store level. Usually, repairs are no cost but it takes awhile because you may have to send it in and get it sent back to you. As for the stuffing, BABW can easily fix that in the store at no cost. Your best bet is calling or e-mailing for the battery problem though. Build-a-Bear doesn't make Rudolph anymore, so there really is no possibility for a replacement.
