Question:

Can I bake chicken instead of grilling? How? and how do I cover it?

I read a lot of people's comments to quot;coverquot; the chicken when baking so it doesn't get dry? Do I just dump the chicken and leftover marinade in a pan and cover it with aluminum foil? Or do I wrap each individually in aluminum foil and bake? Also, what's the difference between grill and bake? Can I just lay my chicken on the rack to get those nice quot;grilledquot; marks? Thanks a lot! I need to make 3 diffkinds of chicken for a party I'm throwing for my parents and have never cooked for 15 people in my life-- If you've got awesome recipes, I would appreciate it alsoTHANKS A LOT!

Answer:

You can bake it right in the marinade, about 1/2 way up the chickenFlip the chicken over half way through cooking My favorite, quick and easy, is sprinkle the chicken with some greek seasoning, then bake in a dish with equal parts olive oil and lemon juiceVery yummy and juicy!
