im baking it on an aluminum pan that i used often for baking browniesif aluminum pans are okay, are paper clips okay? are they the same material ?
Ziplock bags (doubled) and priority mailYou will use the USPS to ship to his APO/FPO address (which is stateside) and the military will take it from thereJust be aware that the stuff may get to him in two days or three weeks so it may be a hit/miss as to whether the baked goods are still edibleI've done a lot of shipping to APO/FPO addresses and have been pretty impressed at how fast the items arriveTry it and see how it goes! P.SI wouldn't ship baked goods that spoil easily I'd stick with stuff that can keep for awhile such as biscotti, shortbread and other cookies I'd leave the cake and pie until he's back home.

Huh? Use aluminum foil over the top of the pan so you won't get any chemical residue on it.
