Can I Deep/Steam clean my Polyester Fiber couches?

Answer:

I certainly have polyester fiber and that i asked Stanley Steamer to bathe it and that they does no longer touch it. They reported it must be wiped clean with a dry Chemical. i think of there's a business enterprise that's stated as Dry Chem.
Yes, you can. Make sure you get all the water out.
I don't see why not but before you jump in, make sure the dye in the fabric is colorfast. Mix a bit of your cleaning solution, take a clean cloth and dab a little on the solution on it and rub it on a hidden area of the couch like the back. See if any of the color comes off. If not, you're good to go! Be sure to get as much water/solution out of the material as you can and doing a water only rinse on your final pass is a good idea. The shampoo solution is a detergent; detergents is not rinsed out can make fabrics get dirty quicker. They create a slightly sticky layer that dirt stick to. If they will fit, send your cushions for a ride in the dryer after you shampoo them. Add a couple of clean tennis balls. This will not only help with drying but will fluff them back up. Next best is spending the afternoon out in the sunshine.
