I really want a certain phone from T Mobile, but my plan is on Verizon and I cannot switch. is there any way to do this?
yes there are people that can hack the phone so you can use any type of service.
Nope. There are basically two types of phones and service- GSM and CDMA. Sprint and Verizon are CDMA, while Cingular and T-Mobile are GSM. The phones are entirely incompatible. If you have another carrier, you can tell the difference in service by knowing if your phone takes a SIM card. A SIM card is used in GSM phones. Also GSM is more of a world wide standard, so if you travel it may be a better type of phone/service to choose.
