I got my T-Mobile phone and plan less than a month ago and then moved to college in Merced, CA and I noticed that I don't get service inside any of my school building or dorm and it's really inconvenient. My phone won't even tell me when I have missed calls. I have to go outside to talk. It won't even let me send a text or receive one. My roommate has ATT and her reception is fine so I was hoping that since I didn't get my contract too long ago it would be easier to switch it. Help
Yes you can still keep your tmobile number. When you cancel with tmobile, tell them you want to port it to another carrier. Then when you're signing up with ATT, there should be an option asking if you have any numbers from another carrier you want to transfer over. Hope that helps.
