Question:

Can I make my pumpkin glow better?

Is there anything I can put inside of a pumkin, like on the wall behind the pattern I carve into it, to make it glow better? I hate that gaping hole I leave behind, and it makes my carving look uglyI just don't know what to use that wont catch fire or blacken with the candle flame.

Answer:

You can boil any citrus fruits in the potLike: Lemons Limes Rhubarb Oranges e.t.c Hope i helped!!!
put a few drops of dish doap, fill with water and cook on stove just below a roaring boil for a few minutesIt will loosen the burnt stuff and you can wash normally after that.
Try soaking it in hot water with some detergent and using a gentle scour pad or Steelo steel wool which is a pretty gentle steel wool and just rub at it gentlyGood luck I have had this problem many times as with 5 kids food around here needs to be cooked quick and fast so burning is inevitable:)
Aluminum foil, with the dull side showingThat will make a nice reflective glow without attracting attention to itself like the shinier side would doWhat gaping hole do you leave behind? I don't followWe always cut the top off the pumpkin to scoop the goo out, then set the lid back onIs that not how it's done anymore? The lid filled the hole.
