Answer:

the blonde dye will definltey not cover the blackdye the blonde first and wrap them in foil so you can avoid them easilyif you want to do the black first then you are going to have to use bleach to lift the colorthe first answer would be easier thoughbleach damages hair more than dye.
Oh jenny- Baby- Roast beef is the easiest thingThis is the version I give all my new brides for their homecook meals You can use it for chicken (cleaned/ whole) birds as wellGet a piece of meat, score it (cut it on top like cat scratches) season it as you like (Mc Cormicks package), Wrap it in Heavy aluminum foil with the fold at the topSeal it closed and put in the cooking pan with sides into the oven at 300 degrees for 5-6 hoursWhen its tender and it cuts clean its done! I suggest your add veggies, since it will keep it moistADD: put clean, scraped chopped carrots, diced onion, garlic, one celery diced and washed quartered new potatoes all around the roastPour on a can of cream of mushroom soup over the veggies only and its all good! Get you a bag of spinach salad, a bag of almond slivers and a cold can of mandrine oranges, Ken's Poppy dressing (1 table spoon) fancy salad Your done! That will take you about 30 minutes to prepare it all and Dinner will be super fastI like to serve fresh strawberries (sliced with a teaspoon of sugar on them) over a piece of Sara lee pound cake as dessert[Pre slice those strawberries and add sugar, put in the frig and let it sit, the sweet juices will expel and it will make a great sauce to pour over it.] I also have drizzled Hersey syrup lighty over a dolup of cool whip on topIts looks so fancy and its SOOOOO easyOr if your want a cleaner, faster and better way CROCK POT BABY! leave off the foil paper and do the rest and put it on Low temp and cook it over night or 7-9 hoursit will fall to pieces on the forkPut a 1/2 layer of water at the bottom of the potIts the best wayTrust me, NO dishes.good luck! I always get a big French bread loaf, since the left overs make a great sandwich with melted cheese and grilled onions/ green peppersThe next day!
