i'm having a cookout and would like to fix mac n cheese for my guest(Kraft is only kind I know how to make) I want to put the food in either an aluminum foil pan (like those to-go containers) OR a stainless steel baking dishWhich way would be the best and safest? Thank you!
An aluminum pan would be fineThe trouble may be that unless you're stirring it constantly it will burn on the bottomTo remedy that (if you're using a charcoal grill) heat the mac and cheese using indirect heatIn other words build the fire on one side of the grill and put the mac and cheese on the otherThen you can cook the meat and the mac and cheese at the same time.
