Question:

Can I sue employer for being fired while pregnant?

Hi, I'm 7 months pregnant and I was recently I fired from my job. I worked in a warehouse on production. The job consist of pulling clothing orders and occasionally restocking of clothing. I was able and willing to work. My production went down just a little. The job didn't accept the fact it did, knowing in was pregnant. They continued to give me production notices and wouldn't accommodate me when my Dr ask for a very few light restriction, which they sent a paper for her to fill out. Instead they tried to let me go. So I ask Dr to take me off of light duty. I didn't want to be layers off because I really needed the health insurance. So the results were me being fired in the in. Now I have no health insurance and I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I feel unjust and feel I was discriminate. Does anyone know if I could sue or have a case against my previous employers with the little info I have just stated?

Yes. They will run the satellite cable to your living room (or wherever) and connect it to a different input on the TV. You would then, for example, select Input 1 for cable and Input 2 for satellite. I do that every year, where I get my brother-in-law's spare dish and receiver (with the NFL package on it), and run the cable to my TV through a doggie door in my den. I then run the A/V cables from the receiver to the Video 2 input on my TV and select that to watch the NFL package.
