Tell your friend that you can drink two beers before he can drink one shot as long as you get a one beer headstart. Explain to your drinking buddy that he can't touch your glasses and you can't touch his. He also can't start to drink until you put your first glass down. If he accepts, drink your first beer and place your empty glass upsidedown over his shot glass. Since he can't touch your glass you can take your time on the second beer. Make sure your friend has a sense of humor before you try this on him/her. good luck
I remember two from my time as a bouncer in grad school. One is to bet someone that you can guess their birthday within three days either way. When they accept you say Wednesday. Another that has a little more risk but often works is to stand near the bouncer. When a guy in his late twenties walks in loudly say, Don't let him in, he's not 21. When the guy gets mad and says that he is bet him a drink that he's not. When he shows you he's 28 say, Yeah, you're not 21. You're 28. You owe me a drink.
As Travis said, most any senior tapered blade will work. They will not, however, all fit the same. Different blades from different companies will vary in the exact dimension of the tenon (the part of the blade that goes into the shaft). If you get a blade that is a little too loose and you feel it wiggle, remove the blade and add a piece of tape to the tenon, then put it back in. Do that again if it's still loose. If it's too snug and won't go all the way in you might be in a little trouble. If you haven't done shaft/blade combos before, get help first. If you know what you're doing and know you've got enough heat in the shaft, DON'T FORCE IT. You may only cause a small bulge in the shaft, but I have seen a few Dolomites that have split from people trying to cram a blade in there. Your other option is to sand/file down the tenon of the blade until you get a secure fit. Taking off small fractions of an inch shouldn't significantly reduce the durability and it can help save your shaft.
First off good choice, I'm waiting until spring to buy the 08 Dolomite shaft model. As for your question you can't put any blade into it. A dolomite is a tapered shaft meaning only tapered blades will fit. But as far as brands are concerned, the brand name doesn't need to be warrior. Although some people believe if you use the same brand blade as your shaft you get a better response but this has yet to be proven. Just make sure the blade you buy is TAPERED, if your not sure, then ask. Also I believe only senior size blades will fit intermediate shafts so make sure it IS NOT a junior. Good luck.
