Can I use my boost mobile (minutes) cell phone number for my google voice to make calls and can I use my phone to talk to the person I'm calling if I don't have a headset mic to use on my computer???

If you want to use your mobile minutes you could use your google voice number. Your mobile phone should be in the list of phones that google voice will call. Also you phone should be setup in google voice that when that mobile phone calls you google voice number you do not have to enter a password. So to start a call you dial your google voice number then you will go to the google voice system directly without having to enter a password and you will hear press 2 to make a call, if you want to make a call then follow the instructions.
