It is KILLING ME that I can't find any lemon juice in my fridge, but I do have a lime and (from concentrate) lime juice. I'm making KFC-style cole slaw for hte first time, and it MUST turn out good. PLEASE tell me if I can use this, or if will screw up my recipe?
