Question:

can resin craft flowers be painted?

I'm wondering if those resin flowers meant for pendant/brooch settings can be hand-painted. I want to make my own jewelry and i am wondering if there is any way to do this that will be of good quality. If so what type of paint is best, and will i need to coat it with anything afterwards? (like to seal it so it doesn't wear or scratch off?)Thank you!

Answer:

If they wont help you then call your city manager and file a complaint and then they will do something for you and also get as many of your neighbors to sign an affidavits to support this, the city manager will do more when more people are complaining..
do no longer *do no longer* do no longer use bondo on a boat hull. till of direction you're no longer very linked to the boat. It basically would not postpone in a marine ecosystem. to no longer point out which, too frequently have I seen epoxy restore over poly resin delaminate i've got faith people who say that's completedi assume that's all approximately floor prep, yet i would not take the possibility. flow with the epoxy + microballoons tremendously in aspects the place visual charm is important.
Talk to the city again. Get them to install traffic calming measures. Very popular in Canada. They usually turn intersections into round abouts, thus forcing them to slow down. It helps that in Canada our intersections are sometimes so small that they just throw a planter in the middle and put up a sign and you have to turn around the roundabout since if you don't you hit the chunk of concrete. also, we put in extra curbs here. This forces people to wait for left and right turning people, meaning no drivers whizzing by while a vehicle is turning. Any who on earth says speed bumps slow down fire and rescue? Hogwash. They need to think. Get them to use a non standard speed bump. Up here the traffic calming ones are about 2 meters (6 ft) wide and only about 4 inches tall. They're smooth enough that its not a hazard (except for those street racers P ) but enough to slow people down all the time. To help people see them, theres an obscene amount of signs and they paint them with yellow lines and arrows. Actually in Calgary, nearly every inner city neighbourhood has these measures. The speed bumps are relatively new, just started the last few years. But by far the most effective, slowing people to below the limit on residential roads. Sometimes they have several in one block then add four more per intersection and disguise them as accessible crosswalks. Still nothing, convince them to do photo radar there at night. Remind them to imagine the income from the tickets Maybe fines are lower where you are but in Alberta Canada that's about a $300 fine and if they went about 7 miles more they'll be in court Or they can be even sneakier and have a speed check in the school zone. Here 1km/h (0.6mph) over the limit in a school or playground zone ticket is worth about $176. Calgary Police love to do these, I've seen them borrow driveways and have 3 speed checks in one zone for the cash grab. But I guess that all depends on where you are and your traffic laws.
its not your job. just report it.
