Question:

Can someone tell me the benefits of copper?

I hear Copper is relly good for both health and meta-physical. I had gotten a pocket copper stone in this case, but its hard to find alot of research on this particular stone opposed to something like amethyst. can anyone share some functions and benefits on copper? I also just purchased some Copper supplements, and cannot find anything in its benefits in absorbtion of the body. Looking for both Metaphysical, and Health information.

Answer:

Copper stones and bracelets do zilch for you. They have no benefit except to the hucksters who claim it does: they get rich off of the gullible and therefore live a better life than they would have. You need trace amounts of copper in your diet for proper body function, but you get that in a normal diet. Too much copper is toxic, but that is rare.
copper is very poisionous, should you ingest it. The EPA rates it worse than lead. However carrying around a lump of it in your pocket will do all of the following: 1. Nothing whatsoever
Well, it's highly malleable, ductile, and is a good conductor of electricity. Also, it has strong germicidal properties which make it great for home water systems.
An extremely tiny amount of copper along with iron helps with the formation of red blood cells. Anyone with a well rounded diet gets more than enough copper to do the job without any other supplement including stones.
