Can someone tell what are some of the things you need for camping?

Answer:

That would be a good idea! I have never herd of that! :) ;)
If you plan to buy shavings to bed your rabbit in, check nearby for a tack shop or farm supplyThey sell the same pine shavings there for $5 a bag that you would find at a pet store for $20.
If your gf looks after the rabbit like you say she will it will not stink the apartment out, I live in a flat and have a house rabbit and she doesn't smell it out at all as I clean her cage every week and her litter tray more oftenThey need to be litter trained which for mine was relatively easy and now she never goes anywhere but in the cage(You maybe clearing up little accidents for a few months)My rabbit is not dirty at allThey need myxomatosis injection every 6 months and VHD annuallyAnd the vet should do general check up then tooThe smell is not something to worry about inside really its the destruction they can cause to your belongings so be ready for that, they chew cables and wires, furniture and walls and no matter how many toys you buy it doesn'tt helpMy rabbit has stopped chewing most things now but for the first year she was hard work, you will need to bunny proof the place! Also they like a lot of attention so your gf will need to dedicate at least 1 hour a day to cuddles, stroking, brushing etc, more if possibleAnd they have sensitive tummys so you need to take care with feeding different foods and introduce new things a little bit at a timeRabbits are great pets though, hope that helped
Let him know you're behind himI don't know which boot camp he's at, but that's the hardest training any grown man will ever have to go throughThe things that are probably best to send include modest pictures of you (everyone will see them), letters that encourage him to do his best, and cute little notes about what's going on in your lifeReally let him know that you support him, I can't stress that enoughAlways focus on the positive things that are going on in your life, don't give him all the bad news in your life (his stress is much higher)Good luck to you too, having a relationship with someone in the military is extremely difficult, and only a few actually come out together.
