Question:

Can the alumina crucible be heated by electromagnetic induction?

Can the alumina crucible be heated by electromagnetic induction?

Answer:

May not!A substance that can induce heat in a high frequency electromagnetic field. Only substances with high levels of iron and iron can not be hot.
We used graphite crucibles to heat copper up to the melting temperature and then pour it into the needed parts
Eddy currents can be produced in conductors, copper, aluminum...... Graphite included!! Eddy currents can be generated in a high frequency magnetic field, and both can be induced by heating
