Question:

Can the Mexican lime tree be used as a shrub?

I am beginning (trying) to get a little nice garden going and I came across the Mexican lime tree and I am wonding if I can use it as a shrub? Thank you for your time!

Answer:

Use leverage! Gradual elevation, pry bars, some lumber, and 5 more big strong members of the local football team. (they work for pizza and forbidden beer) then roll it out like the Egyptians supposedly moved the rocks for the pyramids.
Use a system of pulleys and rope..

Hi If its lime stone and it belongs to you why don't you just level the top yourself with cold chisels and a bolster chisel you must cover your eyes with goggles and use gloves, it will not take that long and you will be learning a new skill .If not you will have to use a 10 /12foot long lever and fulcrum ,or hire a turfer wire rope block, but you need to be sure of your your anchor points. You could ask the local tug a war team, if the block is only two tons twelve men will be plenty three ropes using three teams of 4 men. Cheers Bob a Job
