Can not,Common point: tungsten arc welding, plasma cutting machine are high frequency arc starting method.Difference: plasma cutting machine is high voltage, low current (minimum no-load voltage above 180V), cutting current is small (common, such as 40A, 60A, 63A),TIG welding is a low voltage, high current, no-load voltage is usually lower than the electrode hand arc welding machine, not more than 80V, welding machine is the smallest 160A, 180A, or even larger.
