Go to a fitness store that sells equipement and buy the proper lubricant,we have 7 treadmills in our club,they usually sell them in 1-2ounce packettes,lift your belt on 1 side,squeeze it in under belt,do same to other side,then turn on treadmill on very slow and walk on it to work it in all over,should solve your problem,don't just spray silicone spray,it has to much solvent and propellant in it,and it will dry out and crack your belt
